BOOKING POLICY: *Deposits are 100% non-refundable unless the appointment was canceled by KenYouGlam! Arrival: - Please do not bring any children or additional guests who are not receiving a service. - Please arrive to your appointment on time! *There is a 10 minute grace period, anything after 10 minutes will result in a $10 late fee being applied to the remaining balance of your service. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you may have to reschedule, if there is no time to reschedule that same day, you can move the appointment to another day using the same deposit. Thank you for understanding! At appt: Please refrain from any cell phone usage while being serviced. Please come fresh face and have no open wounds/scars for sanitary purposes.
